What does the Prime Zen range cover?
Twenty-nine live control SKUs — 20 Zen-series touch panel switches in 2, 4, 6 and 8-module sizes, 5 WiFi and RF receiving controllers, and 4 battery-free wireless switches — alongside the linear profile and decorative pendant ranges.
Do the wireless switches need batteries or wiring?
The S-series wireless switches are battery-free and harvest the energy from the press itself, so there is no cable run and no cell to replace. That makes them useful for retrofits and for adding a second switching point to a room without opening the wall.
Do Prime Zen touch panels work without internet?
Yes. Local switching and scene recall work over the local network or RF regardless of internet availability. An internet connection is only needed for remote control from outside the building and for app-based scheduling.
Can Prime Zen controls be added to an existing installation?
Touch panels replace conventional switch plates and generally fit existing back boxes, though they need a neutral wire at the switch point. Wireless switches and RF receiving controllers can be added with no rewiring at all, which is usually the simpler retrofit route.
What linear profile sizes are available?
Fifty-three profiles across seven families — surface, conceal, corner, furniture, deep, hanging and round — spanning 7mm slimline up to 100x35mm deep sections. Profile choice is driven by the ceiling or joinery detail and the driver space available, so send the section drawing with your enquiry.
