The founders meet every customer personally — and an expert is always available to walk you through products, prepare a layout drawing for your space, or guide you through installation.

Who you will be working with.
Who will I deal with at Bright Ideas?
The founders meet every customer personally. Day to day you work with a lighting specialist for specification, an in-house AutoCAD designer for the layout drawing, and the after-sales team once the fixtures are installed.
Do you have in-house lighting designers?
We have in-house AutoCAD designers who produce the lighting layout drawing — fixture positions, circuits and switching — as part of the consultation. That is specification and layout work rather than full lighting-design authorship or 3D photometric rendering.
Can an architect work directly with your team?
Yes, and that is a large part of what we do. For architects and specifiers we supply curated product shortlists across all seven brands, BOQs, datasheets and IES photometric files, and we work to the drawing rather than pushing a single catalogue.
How experienced is the team?
The business has been specifying architectural lighting since 2010, across more than 250 completed projects spanning residential, hospitality, corporate, retail, healthcare and education. That project history is what informs the specification advice.
