FAQs

Common buyer questions.

Quick answers to the questions we hear most often about this range.

Are these safe for swimming pools?

Yes — IP68 plus 12V or 24V low-voltage is the standard pool-safe rating used internationally. Always pair with a residual-current device (RCD/RCBO) per electrical code.

What is the depth rating?

IP68 is rated for continuous submersion. Most models are tested to 2–3m water depth; deeper installations on request.

Can I retrofit these into an existing pool?

Only at empty / pre-renovation stage — recessed installation requires the pool wall to be opened. Surface-mount underwater fixtures are a better retrofit choice.

Do RGB colour-change models work with timer control?

Yes — via the matched controller. Sequencing and DMX integration on request.
