FAQs

Common buyer questions.

Quick answers to the questions we hear most often about this range.

Are these suitable for covered outdoor ceilings?

Yes — IP54 minimum makes them safe for sheltered porticos, balcony soffits and covered terraces. IP65 variants suit partially exposed locations.

Do they need a recessed ceiling cavity?

No — surface-mount only. They install directly on the soffit with concealed conduit/cable entry, ideal for solid concrete or sheathed ceilings.

What CCT options are available?

Typically 3000K, 4000K and 6000K factory-set. Confirm CCT and CRI on quotation per model.

Can these handle ceiling vibration in high-rise projects?

Yes — the die-cast bodies and gasketed seals tolerate normal building movement. For high-vibration installs request the heavy-duty mount.
