Are the T8 tube fittings supplied with tubes?

Fittings listed for T8 LED tubes are the housings; the tube is ordered separately. Crompton LED tubes are listed in this range as well.

Can the Crompton Techlita be suspended?

Most Crompton industrial battens support both surface and suspended mounting. The product description notes where a model is surface-only.
